The Grill at Harryman House is pleased to announce a fun fund raising alternative for your organization. Our “In Restaurant” fund raising program provides an opportunity for you to raise money while your group participates in the restaurant to help raise the money.
The Grill at Harryman House will contribute from 10—30% off the top (total revenue for the day from your group) while hosting your group fundraiser at The Grill at Harryman House. Your group will confirm a time and number of people on the day selected for your event and 10-30% of all food and beverage sales revenue for your group will be donated directly to you.
You market the fundraiser, and we provide all the food, beverages, and service and mail you a check! You bring in program participants for any type of event within our restaurant and we will donate 10-30% to your organization. This includes all breakfasts, brunches, lunches, cocktail parties, happy hours, wine tastings, and dinners. We will coordinate, track and host the event. Our management and floorstaff team will track the revenue for your event and we will mail you a check the next business day.
We will provide the staff and support to make your day a huge success. You will work with a our event coordinator who will guide you through the event scheduling, menu creation, marketing, and any other special needs your group may have.
You provide no money up front. You simply market the event and bring out your organization for an event they will not soon forget. At the end of the day, we contribute 10-30% of the food and beverage sales from your group’s revenue directly to your organization.

Events can be scheduled any day of the week from 8:00am-3:00pm or Sunday through Thursday from 5:00-9:00pm. There are also some restrictions on using the Tavern Room privately while we are open to the public. We offer the Valley Room, the Cabin Room, and the Coachmen’s Stop or the entire restaurant depending on your groups size and revenue expectations. Additionally, space may be limited during our prime seasons (May/June) and (November/December).
You provide the marketing and the guests for the day. We do the rest.
